My PBS question post disappeared! Maybe an administator meant to delete the double post, but they deleted the wrong one!
So here's what I posted and I'd love some feedback:
I'm learning how with ttapp little tweaks make a huge difference. This morning I was doing PBS and I realized that anytime I'm in a flat back stance I shift my weight up into the top part of my feet instead of keeping my weight evenly distributed throughout my feet. I'm guessing this isn't right. Or is it? And also when straightening one leg should my weight be evenly distributed or should more weight be placed on the bent leg? I put more weight on the bent leg, but again I'm wondering if this is good.
