Hi, I'm kinda new. I did a 14-day BC and this is my second week doing B/R every other day. So, I guess this is week 4. Well, I tried on some pants tonight that I wore the day I bought this program, and I couldn't even zip them! After the 14-day BC, I lost 2.5 inches, but I seemed to have gained it back. I have been consistent and really tucking and KLT. Is this a muscle swelling, fat shift thing or will this just not work for some people. I'm giving it a few more weeks and if I keep going up, I'm outta here! I know it takes time, but I can't afford any more weight. I need to either stay the same or go down. Someone please tell me this is not unusual in the first month. I would hate to have wasted $80. Thanks.
