Don't be shy and miss out on the fabulous personal encouragement that you will get on this thread.
What you need to do...
1. Post that you want to join the thread. I will add you to our names that are posted everyday. If I do not add you that same day, forgive me, and then tell me again the next day. I will never intentionally ignore anyone!
2. Check-in daily if you can...You get a “star” just for checking-in. I don't believe that you should only get "rewarded" for working out...our lives require us to miss them occasionally. By checking in, you will feel connected to all of us and that is what will be the sustaining factor in being held lovingly accountable.
3. Do the best that YOU can. Everyone is different...and approaches their journey differently. Don't compare yourself to anyone but you.
4. Feel free to join one of the frequent mini-challenges within this thread. or just continue with your personal plan.
5. Many of us like to chat with each other and respond to everyone. If you don't want to or don't have the time...do not feel like you have to to be a part of this thread! We want you here even if all you post is "Hi!" as your check-in.
Finally, this is an on-going journey to greater health and a fortunate side effect is a fit pretty body when we get there. I hope we can remember that the opportunity to travel forward is presented to us not everyDAY, but every MOMENT. I take heart in that...I hope you do as well.
