Hello I've read the rules how do I join?
Hello Ladies,
I am a 35 year old mother of two (#1 4yrs #2 10 months). During my last pregnancy I gained a lot of weight as well as a belly pooch that I really want to get rid of.
I just finished a model blitz <img src=icon_smile_shock.gif border=0 align=middle> and now that all those little boxes (on the spreadsheet)aren't nagging me daily I need someone to be accountable to.
I really need for my own sanity to drop some inches. I would like to Tapp but also add in some rebounding and walking. Is this the right place to be?
It's hard sometimes to get the workouts in with the two little people and a DH who works 12hr shifts but I feel I really need to make fitness and health a priority. I need to make this work.
I picked up my older son the other day (he fell down the stairs) and was thinking about how heavy he was (about 42lbs) and realized that I'm packing around 40-50lbs of extra weight I can't imagine having to carry my son around all day so why am I willingly carrying 40-50 lbs of fat? I need to get rid of this fat its weighing me down physically and emotionally.
Sorry I didn't intend to write a book about it.
