So I finally have the date right, this time. Sorry about the earlier flubs.

Still tired and no Red Sea in sight. Hmm.
Still incredibly hungry, too. I am eating everything. I haven't been this hungry in a long time. I'm just hoping I will be able to afford buying the food to keep up with this monstrous hunger.
(I wish I were joking.)
BTW I bought SATI. Yay!
Now, let's see...Brook and Demeris - wishing you recovery wishes, kookoo, way to go on the bootcamp, someday I hope to have enough energy to get through a short one; Beverly, your tip on posture has been getting me a rather large collection of phone numbers from guys on the busses and trains. I find that quite amusing.
Debora, hope your knees are healed up.
Jo Anne, hope you are doing well too.

Off to attempt to get through as much of I can of BWO+.

Turning Up the Light is a thread available to anyone who is interested in including T-Tapp daily by starting small (Some of us just started doing just PBS for 5 days and then added a new move every 5 days) in order to make this a more lasting habit. However, this approach is flexible in order to allow for us to take it a bit easier some days than others (for example, just doing PBS on off-workout days or sick days). The title of our thread come from the metaphor of a light with a dimmer switch...so we can realize that our movement "light" is always on, just turned up or down to varying degrees of brightness each day. So join in when you can, and we will all try to offer tips and questions when we can!
