I received my Total Workout DVD's yesterday and decided to start with the 30 day plan. Now I have some questions to ask you
"seasoned" T-Tappers:

According to the schedule, I do Inst. #1 for 4 days in a row. That's all it says for Week 1. Shouldn't I do something on the remaining 3 days of that week? I didn't see anything recommended.

I did the first workout last night, and it was much shorter than I expected. For some reason, I thought it was over 40 minutes. However, from other things I've read, I think maybe Inst. #2 is about that length. Which leads me to another question. On Week 2, do we really do the BW+ AND then Inst. #2 right afterwards each day for 4 days? I didn't bring my info sheet to work with me, but I thought that was what it said. That just seems like a very long workout after having the shorter Inst. #1 the first week. But maybe by then, my body will be ready for it. One can hope. <img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle> I know I'm not ready to do a full boot camp, but I do want to do this 30 day plan correctly so I'll get the most out of it. Have some of you gotten good results doing the 30 day plan without doing an actual boot camp?

By the way, even though last night's workout was shorter than anticipated, I sure did feel it...and I'm still feeling it today! I'll take that as a good sign.

Thanks in advance for any information you can give me about those workouts. I've got high hopes for this program!
