Hello everyone! I'm back, so busy I don't have much of a chance to get in here. Anyway I must be one of the slow losers, cuz I started tapping at the beginning of April and haven't lost but MAYBE 5" all around total! The thing is I can tell that my muscles are much stronger- my upper tummy is looking like 6-pack material, hopefully the mid and lower will fall right in with the upper VERY soon. I do have a ? on brushing, how effective is it, I keep forgeting to do it (My son spends every waking minute in the sun!)When I make to my goal and can cut back on my workouts I'm sure I'll still have a BUNCH of sagging skin, will it still work after I lose all the inches? Well I'm gonna stop babbling and go to bed, but Great Job to all you fellow tappers out there, and if anyone else has some answers, advice, success stories, or anything else to say for that matter I'd more than glad to hear from you.
