I've been doing SATI since March.
I love it!
My form of course has been improving, but for the last several wo's I'v noticed that I can do the knee lift with Knee out, straight from knee to ankle and toe pointed.
With my right knee if my knee is pointed at my shoulder, my knee to ankle is angled in, and my pointed foot is cockeyed in toward the middle.
Probably the knee pointed out to the shoulder is the important thing here, but any ideas ??? on my lower leg? THanks for any help!
