I hope someone can help me with this. There is an exercise where we are to clasp our palms together behind our back and pump our arms.
I see EVERYONE on the tape manages to do this and can move their arms AWAY from their back when in the flat back position. I can not do this move at all. The minute I try to clasp my hands behind my back my wrist fills like it is trying to pop out and the pain is unbearable. What can I do as an alternative?
