Question for the mommy trainers!!!
I was wondering if it is safe to start tapping (with bootcamp and all) if you are just pregnant and have not really been exercising much. I know that you can continue your normal exercise routines but what if you haven't been exercising much??
I am trying to have my 3rd (and last) child hopefully soon. I am really out of shape and overweight. I had problems with my blood sugar with my last pregnancy and expect I will be diabetic with this one. I know that exercise will help keep the sugars in control and weight gain down. Wondering if I should just walk during the pregnancy then tapp postpartum or is it safe to start?
Thanks in advance....
Angie
PS to Amy: have you established a new location for your classes??
