I agree with Demeris, Brook, your presence was missed!
Jo Anne, hope you had a good day.

Beverly - on the mend...hopefully further mended today. (I'm sure the BWO+ helps clear out the toxins, but don't push yourself too much.)

Waving to kookoo and hoping things start looking up soon.

Debora? Hope you are okay.
Today I did BWO+, brushed showered, am ready for the rest of my day. remember to tuck the tummy in and UP (was forgetting the Up part and it makes a difference.) Was also careful with the arms part of plies and I think I put my shoulder back in place. (And it helps that it rained here, so it's not trying to "forecast" anything.)

How's everyone doing today? Any good tips or tricks?

And, Brook, yes, I have gotten smaller just from doing this little bit. Was 26/28, now I'm down to a stretchy 22. (the 26/28 clothes were very stretchy, too, though) I've been stuck/plateauing for awhile because of stress, being sick, and having a lot of different foods just not sit well with me. So I think my body is worried of another famine even though I feed it and it hits the reject button. I'm down to eating fruits, nuts, some salads, and some asian foods. Anything else causes chaos, and sometimes the safe foods cause probs for no reason. So I'm working on it. Now that a bit of energy is coming back, I'm doing BWO+ every day again, I'm hoping that the bod will figure I'm not trying to punish it and happily let go of more fat.

Turning Up the Light is a thread available to anyone who is interested in including T-Tapp daily by starting small (Some of us just started doing just PBS for 5 days and then added a new move every 5 days) in order to make this a more lasting habit. However, this approach is flexible in order to allow for us to take it a bit easier some days than others (for example, just doing PBS on off-workout days or sick days). The title of our thread come from the metaphor of a light with a dimmer switch...so we can realize that our movement "light" is always on, just turned up or down to varying degrees of brightness each day. So join in when you can, and we will all try to offer tips and questions when we can!
