I have a problem with my left hand going to sleep - it started doing this probably about two weeks ago, but it is happening more often and at weird times now.

When I am reading at night - I sit in a normal, upright position, holding a book in front of me and my left hand starts going numb. So I drop it to my side and the blood flows to it and all is good again. Well, today, it happened when I was pushing a shopping cart in the store. It also happens when I am typing on the computer.

Anyone ever had this happen to them? Any suggestions? I have had carpal tunnel in both of my wrists in the past, which chiropractic care took care of (although I always have to be careful not to overdo or the pain will begin again). This is nothing like that though, it is just my hand going to sleep - as if the blood flow is being cut off.

I have put on alot of weight again in the past 9 months or so, but lately I have been doing my TTapp again and trying to eat better. Do you think doing PBS more often during the day might help? I think I will try that and see if it does anything.

Any other suggestions would be very welcome, because this has me confused.

Thanks,
Kathy
