Results of 14 day bootcamp
I just finished a 14 day bootcamp, waited a few days and then measured. I lost 1" in my bust, 1" in my waist, 1" lower abs, 1" in my hips, 1 1/2" on right upper thigh and 1 1/2" on my left upper thigh, on my right lower thigh I lost 1" and my left lower thigh 1". My right calf and left calf stayed the same. I lost a total of 9" in 14 days. I am just too excited. I was one of those skeptics thinking that other people may lose, but not me! Well surprise, surprise, surprise. I am now doing EOD for about two months and then I will do twice a week. I have a special function to attend on December 15 and boy do I hope that I will look small and lean. My skin is getting tighter with the CRT program, and I hope that it will help me get rid of all my celluite. I love this program. I'm thinking about ordering the POP tapes for debulking the thighs and also diva derriere to help me along the way until I advance to the intermediate level. Enough for now, just wanted to share.
