Hello everyone. It's been a long time since I've visited this site, but I need to get back into the swing of things.
Last summer I became pregnant and tried to continue with a little t-tapp here and there, but then ended up having gestational hypertension and wasn't allowed to do much because my blood pressure would shoot way up.
So I delievered my beautiful daughter (my first child) on March 23rd - three weeks ago today. She's the love of my life, I couldn't be happier.
Now I need to get into shape and learn to eat and cook healthier. I want to do this for my daughter and for myself. I really don't want her to grow up unhealthy or obese, like me. Plus I want to be able to have the energy to keep up with her as she gets older. And I want to be healthy for my next pregnancy because I do not want to have the same problems or any problems. So I guess I just need help and support and this group to help keep me going.
I am healing fine, and can move around now. I plan to start a 14 day bootcamp. I want to try and get through the beg/rehab workout first to see if I can do it before starting the bootcamp. I hope to start the bootcamp by next week. I will keep everyone posted.
