My own personal challenge : Day 5!
Wow, I made it to day 5! I've done varied amounts of t-tapp daily and eaten much better.
Today will hopefully be day 2 of at least a 4 Day BC. I've just done basic+ so we'll see! I'm sure I can make it through a full workout today! Wish me luck...
