Sorry for my daily updates, it just helps to write everything down here!

Anyway, I'm totally dead today. I worked REALLY hard to get to sleep earlier last night. Closed my eyes at 2am (infinately better than all the 6/7am times of late!) and then tossed and turned and stared at the ceiling from then until who knows when (it was around 6am the last time I looked at the clock). And of course, then when my alarm went off at 10am I just couldn't function and even at 2pm (which is when my brain always kicks in and yells GET UP regardless!) I felt like death. I only have a week to sort my body clock out before I go back to class.. but it's like, to sort out your system you needto get up earlier so that youfall asleep earlier, but for me to have any chance of getting up earlier I need to go to bed earlier which I can't do unless I get up earlier. It's basically a twisted cycle that i can't fix. Any advice?

Anyway.. done my basic+ so far! Since I'm on the HD challenge, that's one set of HDs done already. Again, hoping to get at least up to arms on Tempo later. I'm thinking of trying to do this until I go back to uni, and then move onto a BC.. simply because when I'm at uni I'm up for more hours.. if I can get basic+ done before I leave the house, lunges to arms done when I return from class.. I then have the evening to do arms to end. I KNOW I can fit this in because it's only about 15mins at a time. Gotta work even harder!!

I think to see the kind of results I need to see (I have a habit of giving up without real results) I might need to adjust my diet even further. After I've been doing it like this for a week I'll check my measurements, clothes fitting and scales and see how I feel. Right now I have no money to eat any other way than I am now.. Slimfast is REALLY convinient for me right now..I don't drink the shakes cause they're too milky.. but the bars are perfect for the mornings when I'm on the go, and I acutally enjoy the soups at lunch time.. and the mars bar like snack bars are good to take to class in the morning.

To those who remember the me of a year ago.. I am now not stomping around expecting 4-6lbs a week weight loss - that IS what I was achieving, but I had to work to death to do it! I know inches are more important now.. still, oh how I want to lose weight! *laughs* I'd be happier if I could just drop another size!
