wondering what might be going on... almost everytime I do the entire B/R or tempo tape, I get dizzy and have to sit down during arms. I never feel that way at any other point in the workout... only during arms (and really only when standing up straight... bent over is ok). So, wondering if anyone has any idea what that's about and/or what I can do to stop it. I always eat before working out (probably wouldn't make it through plies without something in my stomach) and I can do the rest of the workout just fine.

Any ideas or thoughts?
