Want to share with everyone that I went shopping today (Kohls was the department store, by the way) for one of the events I was looking forward to as a ttapping inspiration - my stepson's wedding (and also wedding rehearsal dinner this very evening). Bought three outfits to choose from - all size 12! Only one is even slightly snug. <img src=icon_smile_approve.gif border=0 align=middle>The name brands are Positive Attitude and Perceptions. They are Misses, youthful looking with short, fitted jackets, and a bit forgiving at the tummy. If not for my recent slimming, I would have been stuck choosing between my empire-waisted, big-skirted size 14 dresses, which were the best I could have done when I started ttapp on August 9, and would have made me look like I was trying to hide something (duh). I have only lost 5 pounds, and the tape measure has only given me 3 1/2-inches credit at my 5 measuring points through my torso, but the general shaping must be making a real difference. Thank you, ttapp, Teresa, Tappin' to Lose thread posters, and all encouraging friends here, from someone (slowly) on her way back to a 10!

If anyone else has a fitting room victory, please feel free to post, because I know it is encouraging to us all.
