I've gone through BC, I'm into day 6 of EOD (down 10.75") and am curious about two things:
1. How long did it take to notice a loss of one clothing size?
2. Did you workout on your "days off" from TTapp? Does it make a difference if you do or do not workout on the "off" days?
I am really pleased with the inch loss and notice a difference in my muscles - tighter and stronger, more defined. Do you have to go back to BC after the EOD if you have not reached your goal size yet? What have others done?
