Hi Carol and Habit Formers.
I started ttapp in Feb 2004 so I am still pretty new. I am a "MORE to lose gal" and very out of shape. I post on both the BHB and Regal thread. I posted for motivational help and support this morning and was directed to this thread via Maggie. I will wo for a couple days and then stop for about a week and this cycle continues. I can't seem to stay on a regular pace and it makes me crazy. I mean, I know this wo is good for me and I need it desperately but I lack consistant motivation. I am really fed up with myself and don't know what the heck is wrong with me....so I am asking for some HELP please! Can anybody give me some advice or anything? Thanks.
