What do you recommend?
Hello to all of you...I have been doing the sample moves that were featured in Woman's World magazine and have noticed small but positive results, in just a few days of doing it. I am 33 and have approximately 50-60lbs to lose. I have 2 children, 5yrs and 18mos. I work outside my home 34hrs per week and my husband works the opposite shift from mine. We have Fri, Sat and Sun together, as a "normal" family. For that, the rest is all worth it <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> So my time ALONE time is very precious!
After the birth of my second son, I have never taken off the weight I gained during my pregnancy. I have found that I use fatigue as my excuse to not be in good physical condition, but I know deep down that my dissatisfaction/depression with my appearance and health are what fuel my fatigue. It saddens me to look in the mirror and I have gotten pretty good at lying to myself and saying "it's not that bad".- I feel 'heavy' in my head... Now mind you, it could be worse but the weight I have is more than I should be carrying. I know it did not get on me overnight and I can not expect it to disappear that quickly...but I need to see that my hard work, discomfort and discipline is paying off. Otherwise, I discourage easily. I am 5'10 and weigh 248lbs. I want to focus on how I look- not the # on the scale. My husband and my family accept me for who I am...fat and all but I know that they would be proud and happy to see me in the best shape ever! Not to mention how good I would feel, for me!!
I want very much to purchase one of the workouts and I was thinking about the Basic Workout Plus to start with. I have no idea what this set actually contains...will it address multiple areas of my body? (I guess what I am concerned about, is that it will only be a 'partial' workout) I also am more comfortable with the price of this set...but I would like to get other's opinions before I make my purchase.
I see all of the success stories and I want so much to be one of them. I am committed to being the healthy/skinny person that is trapped within the shell I wear today! Any guidance, you seasoned t-tappers can give, is worth it's weight in gold!

Thanks already! It feels good to just even write this...!
