Okay - drumroll please:
I won't bore you with my life-long failure to lose weight story, because it's really not relevant here. What is relevant is I made my decision at age 38 that I wasn't going to be fat anymore! Here I was at 230 lbs., size 22-24 and looked bad!
I would love to tell you the whole story since the end of June, but I it would take while. So, cutting it short, I was told about T-Tapp on July 31, by a friend of mine, and we ordered immediately that day. I got the tapes on the 11th and started learning the moves, working out the best I could every day for an hour with it. I was finally able to get all the way to the arms section of the beg/rehab workout (doing only 4 reps each) on Aug 20.
Today I finished my 14 day bootcamp and here are the results:
I am 5'6"
Starting Weight - 212 lbs.
Today's weight - 208 lbs.
(still maintaining my 2 lbs. per week loss!!)
Starting size - 22 (loose)
Today's size - 18 (NOT tight)
Total inches lost end of bootcamp - 12.75"
