I am brand new to this site. I read about it in Woman's World about 15 minutes ago, and quickly came here and signed up.
My question is:
I am 41 and 5'2" and 242 lbs........sigh
Due to my job I am crazy busy and have such a rough time finding/making time for exercise, so this TTAP sounds great for me and my life demands.
However I need to lose more then inches. I am not being rude, but at 5'2" and 242 lbs, I need to lose weight as well and a lot of it.
Now I fully understand that I need healthier eating habits and I have started healthier eating on Jan 2, but I am wondering if the TTAP workouts will only help with inches lost and not pounds?
Yes, I need to lose inches, but I also need to lose pounds.
I sure don't want to be a 5'2" 242 body and more.....
