Ok - I measured today. I did an 11-day bootcamp plus 2 workouts and 2, 2-2.5 mile jogs. I've lost 4 pounds and 8.25 inches! This includes an inch off my waist, abs, and 1 1/4 off my hips! I am VERY excited. I also took pictures and haven't noticed much cellulite improvement, but I'm giving that more time. I know at least 30 days. What was strange about the cellulite is that it SEEMS to look better to me, even though I know from the pictures that it isn't - YET.
I feel great and I love T-Tapp!
