G-Girl and the Mud Bugs -- 11.1.03 Weekend
I did the Weighted shoe workout plus OIP, HF and AL today and let me tell you that video kicked my butt! I even had an aha! moment!
During lunges, make sure your back foot is straight back and not turning in any way. You will feel it through your front thigh like nothing you've ever felt before. I got it on my left leg back, but couldn't get it on my right leg back, so I'm going to try again tomorrow.
MY PANTS ARE SLIDING DOWN MY HIPS TODAY!!! AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!! Hooray!!! I couldn't figure out what was going on with my stupid pants all morning, I kept having to pull them up and then it hit me like a ton of bricks! I'm losing inches!!! I never felt that when I was doing only WW!
17 days and counting! B+, AL, HF, OIP and maybe a Tempo tape on the weekends if I feel like it. 13 days until measurement time!!
Totally GM 3 days in a row! Woo Hoo!
Randi bumped an old thread of mine from last May this morning where I was grousing about Tappin' and not losing. Someone said that T says it takes 6-8 weeks before your body adjusts to the changes and actually starts losing if you've not go much to go. I'll keep you posted.
