Ok, I get this way every month about a week before my TOM right in my lower back. I'm on day 9 of a 14 day bootcamp and I didn't do anything differently than usual. Honestly, It would have happened with or with out tapping. I had to stop in the middle of the workout I was in so much pain. Every time I tried to tuck my fanny even the slightest bit, I thought I was going to collaspe. I couldn't even do my brushing because I couldn't get to my legs. I had tried to do the movements for back pain prior to this but they hurt too, not like this though. I just don't know what to do. It has me so depressed. I want to tapp but I don't want to be lying on the floor "I've fallen and I can't get up". Any sugestions?
