Everyone has been sooooooo quiet. Is anyone still out there????
Today was a rest day but I ended up doing Basic WO+ because I needed the body alignment. (I think of that tape as my rear end alignment special because it benefits my hips so. <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle> ) I also took a very short weighted walk with my son. (for the further alignment it provided.)
Not positive about plans for next week but I'm thinking maybe a combination of minimaxes and weighted walks (trail or stealth).
