I just had some questions about the Pyruvyl Glycine spray. I purchased this but I have not taken any yet. I did a search and read where Teresa said you can take it when you eat too many carbs. On the weekends, I like to have a couple of beers with my DH ('tis the Irish in me) - would this be a good time to spray? I take it that you can use this spray when working out or eating high carb. Just wondering if I am getting this right.
