WOW, WHAT AN ACTIVE THREAD TODAY AFTER SUCH A QUIET WEEKEND! KEEP TAPPING AND POSTING AS WE ALWAYS SAY...

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers for DS (he's 22 by the way). Still no word yet, so please keep them coming. I was supposed to workout today but got home too late and had company for dinner. Going to try to do it in the AM before work, so keep me accountable! DD and DSIL are now enroute home from Kazakhstan and spend tomorrow in London and arrive in Arkansas Wed. They're hoping to go to the Globe theatre and also have "tea" and see the outside of Westminster abby, the tower, and Buckingham Palace. It's DSIL's birthday tomorrow, too. It will be good to have them back in the States, though!

Writemore, thanks so much for the update. My prayers are still with you all, too. Those kinds of decisions are so hard to make, but working at a hospital as a speech pathologist I see lots of situations but from what you wrote I think you got some good advice and am glad you are giving it a try.

Suz, you sound like you're doing great and back in the saddle for sure. Thanks for the info on the workout.

Penny, basic plus is a good way to get back into working out so it sounds like you're getting back into it already some. You know you'll feel lots better when you do, so we're pulling for you. Maybe the nausea was your body de-toxing some? Lots of people report that when first starting to workout and since you've been off awhile maybe that's it? Anyway, sounds like you're listening to your body and that's good. You're braver (or crazier!) than I, though. If I'd been off from working out awhile MxMX 3 is the LAST tape I'd go for, what a killer workout! I save that one for when I'm super charged and been working out faithfully. Note: I haven't used it in 6 months, lol! I didn't realize you were a trasan distributor. I LOVE my trasan cleaning cloths and use them exclusively now. Have a regular and a "heavy hitter" and clean windows, mirrors, greasy stoves, sinks, dust, do most everything with mine. I find it "therapeutic" in a wierd way somehow! Thanks for the reassuring words for DS, too.

Everaf, your MWF plan with weekends optional sounds good to me. It's my plan I have used for 1 1/2 years and it works for me. EOD literally can get confusing as it varies on the days from week to week. I just make sure I get in 3 workouts a week at least and try for 4 and try to space them out. Anyway, you need to find what works for you and not stress about it.

SusanDe, I'm so excited for you to meet Teresa and got to your clinic. Please let us know any "ah ha" moments you learn and we will enjoy hearing them. Lots of people lose extra inches at her clinics, so you just may lose a few more, too. Let us know how it goes. By the way, your dress is gorgeous and thanks for the link. It will be fun to actually see you in it when you send the pictures. We're excited for you!

Artmaker, you'll love your trasan if you get one. It is so versatile. I've used mine over a year now and it's as good as new. Glad you're on the mend. Keep taking care of yourself.

Poppy, that goes for you, too. Did you check in at the 800 number and find out what could've gone on with that hip and how to avoid that? Sounds like no fun! Hope you keep improving.

Ok, Ida and Marion, hope you're doing ok. Know Marion's got a big project and Ida's doing the online classes toward the Doctorate. School's out though, so where are you and how's that garden? Hope, are you still in Mexico? Anya, what's up?

Take care, all...I'll let you know when I hear anything.
