HA! I weighed in w/ Weighted Shoes!!
ROFLOL! I had a check up today for my arm (long story, cruddy injury, I'll live.)
ANYWAY! When the nurse started to weigh me I realized that I'd worn my CardioStrides. <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> It was a few blocks from work & I wanted to enjoy the sunshine & workout at the same time! T-Tapp has really broken me of my fear of the scale in any case. So I asked the nurse if she was concerned with how much I weigh. She looked at me & said, "no way!" I said, "great, cause my shoes are weighted & I don't want to bother taking them off!"
So I sasheyed (sp?) up to the scale & stepped on!
Who cares what the number was??? I'm more fit, healthy & happy tapping that I've ever been! Even if I was in a swimsuit & barefoot I wouldn't care what the scale said!
Toss that Scale!!
