Looking for some winning combinations!
I wanted to ask what combinations of tapes or portions of tapes have worked well for you.
Here are mine:
1. Tempo Arms + the floor portion of Minimax 4 (total time: 45-50 minutes)
2. Basic Workout Plus + HTF (total time: 45 minutes)
3. Basic Workout Plus + WATP (2 mile walk; total time: 45 minutes)
I try and keep my combos's around 45 minutes since that is all the time I have on most weekdays. I also did a Tempo Arms + HTF Bootcamp (with a total time of 60 minutes).
Anyway...if you could share your ideas that would be awesome!
