Hi, I've been Tapping for about a month now. My concern is with bone loss. Does T-Tapp contribute to more bone density or do you need to lift weights as well to slow bone loss. I've lost sone density already and don't want to loose anymore. I've added weights 2x per week along with the tapes and cardio. Anyone have any comments?
