Hi ladies!

You all are such a font of information that I thought I would see what you know about kidney stones. Seems I have a 3 mm one I'm trying to pass. Aside from antibiotics and pain killers, I'm supposed to drink lots of water... any other advice would be great! Back to lying on the couch.
