Ok is this my butt or the baby's? New Challenge!
Hi ya'll,
I have been bad, I haven't done a salt soak in months..so last Friday I figured since people were at the HF Retreat I may as well *treat* myself to an intense workout followed by a soak.
Well I finished Maxi-Max 3 and brushed. Got the tub filled with about 1/2 cup of SS salts and 4 drops of grapefruit oil and just vegged for 20 minutes. Rinsed, got out, and applied my body oil. OMG! You would not believe my thighs and butt, I do have a minimal amount of cellulite but it was nearly gone and my skin was as smooth as the baby's butt. Of course, I thought "naw this is just me" so I asked DH to feel it (of course this is something he readily did ha) and he agreed that not only did it feel smoother, it looked as he said "less bumpy." So I am making a vow to do three 20 minute soaks a week for ME. Soak number two was today (got up early so I could get it in before kids got up). Wanna join me? Boy I know I should have listened to Teresa four years ago when she suggested adding the grapefruit, but heck it seemed silly (of course so did T-Tapp and look what it got me size 4s!!).
