I am having the worse time losing any of the excess weight(38 lbs.) I put on over the last 15 months since I quit smoking. So I have been reading about eating right for your blood type and the below quote has me stumped. I would appreciate any explanation of what food combining is.
"Os have to watch food combining, and eat carbs only with other carbs. Have beef with broccoli, not potatoes or corn. Recommend 2 days of food combining, and the 3rd day, don't worry about it.
