I have very worn, degenerative cartilage in my right knee and knock on wood, have been pain free for several months now. You all know what I've been doing the last few months - 3 days of Tapping and 3 days of Cardio and I've been able to workout without any problems. I sat in a meeting for a few hours the other day, and whenever I'm confined to one spot for any period of time my knee gets stiff and I've been hurting ever since. <img src=icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle>

Well, it had to flare up again --- just 3 weeks prior to Florida and I need your help! I don't know if I should rest it or continue to work out and try to work through the pain. Are there specific T-Tapp movements that I should be doing to help rebuild the strength in my knee?

I just did HTFH and had to skip the HD (standing and on the floor), the ins/outs, and pretty legs on my right side. I just couldn't get that knee bent easily while I was wearing my knee brace.

Any help you can provide is very much appreciated, so thanks in advance, my Habit Former pals!
