Well, I'm back to the point where I can't stand Teresa (during the workout only). I discovered that I needed to bend my knees much deeper than I was doing before. It is time for me to go the next level. In order to this I had to bend my knees in a squatting position, then tuck (finally look like the dog tucking its tail) and that really forced me to use my stomach to pull the klt. MAN OH MAN. I probably did two-four reps of each exercise. I started to sweat/feel the heat during PBS just by doing this, w/o straigtening the leg. I didn't know I could bend so low. I really need to get my knees in shape, I'm sure that will happen at the end of this next boot camp. I probably lost the 5 inches I lost doing that this weekend alone. The next day my shoulders were sore, but not my lower body. I guess once I get more reps in, I will be. BUT MAN! I didn't realize I got stronger even w/ all of this fat I still have to lose. This really forces me to eat right so that I have the energy to make it through a workout.
