14 Day Bootcamp : Day 2!!
Here I am.. day 2.. today has been hard, simply because this was my day. Up at 8am (take into consideration I have a sleeping disorder and 10am HURTS for me!)... PBS, skin brushing, 30min walk to university, japanese lessons from 9 to 3. 30min walk home. Dinner. Japanese homework (damn that too forever). T-Tapp Instructional 2. And here we are now!
As you can tell I still have to do instructional 1 and PBS before bed. Still.. today was hard. Making myself do video 2 involved so much effort because I was exhausted from the early morning, and lack of sleep (so nervous about the lessons I couldn't sleep!) and all the walking and brain power. Still, I did it. Having major problems with balance and thread the needle. I can't feel these moves working simply cause I can't keep my balance.. guess it'll take practise.
Anyway.. I'm not sure about the rest of my body, but after 3 days skin brushing, and 3 days of tapping (only did instructional vid 1 on day 1 so not part of bootcamp) my thighs definately feel smaller.. or maybe just more toned. I could be totally imagining it. My waist might be less blobby too, but its hard for me to tell with my constant putting down of myself. Still, after only a few days thats great right?
