I haven't been around for a while, but I have been tapping away here in Sydney Australia. I have got back into stillwater rowing (ok it is masters - but is still fun). We are training on the water several days plus doing specific weights (you need speed and strength to row well).
I have been tapping away, but I was reading through some notes I downloaded ages ago and it says that weights and TTAP don't mix.
Why not? And if I am doing weights (nationals in May so I'm not stopping now)does TTAP help my body or hinder it.
Thanks for any info that you think will be of use.
