I am having a problem during this part of the B/R tape and am looking for some thoughts. When I start the balance sequence, I really struggle with the leg that is standing. It starts really hurting about halfway through the second part of the sequence. The pain down on the outside of my ankle and up about 6 inches or so. (I hope that makes sense). My leg is bent and my knees are out, but I can hardly make it throug because of the pain. It happens on both legs. Any thoughts??
