I'm not going to be a part of habit formers this time around. I'm going to be working out without fail but I'm not going to be doing T-tapp 3 times a week. I am going to do a t-tapp workout 1-2 times and the other days I'm going back to the pool for my workouts. It is time for a change and this is what I want to do again. Since...I will not be following Habit Formers rules I will cheery the rest of you on.
