I know you are VERY BUSY, but I wanted to make sure you knew about my workouts while I didn't post. My Mom's funeral was on Monday and Tuesday was my Let Down Day. Here is a copy of my post.

Thanks for letting me not post during the last week, it has been a little hard on me. I have been doing my t-tapp to keep my mind on other things (otherwise I would probably be an emotional wreck).

I think I last posted my workout for the 8th, but here it is from the 8th.
Wednesday - morning short workout, evening long slow workout
Thursday - morning NO workout, evening long slow workout (it helps me sleep better)
Friday - morning short workout, evening long slow workout (better sleeping)
Saturday - morning NO workout, evening long slow workout
Sunday - morning short workout, evening NO workout
Monday - NO Workout (should have done something because Tuesday I felt really bad)
Tuesday - morning short workout.

My short workout is PBS, HD, brushing and 15-20 minutes walking
My long workout is B/R for at least 30 minutes with additional stretching from PT.
