I hope you don't mind another pesky question, I read your post on the "Messed it up thread" with the info about godmade foods information you have listed on your website.
First of all, I love your story because I know that although you have succeeded you seem to have kept an air of sanity in the weightloss/dieting area. It would be easy with any other program to become obsessive about regaining, or becoming compulsive with results so great.
My question is do you believe your Godmade WOE that T recommends contributed greatly to your success, or do you think the workout by itself would have worked? I'm just curious. Are you an O blood? I am, and it seems the bloating thing after sugar or carbs is way much worse with O's.
