This is my progress report since January 1, 2001 –– so we’re talking 5 months (22 weeks). I’m not losing weight particularly quickly (just over 1 lb/week avg), but at my age (45) I’ll take what I can get!!! Essentially I’m a little over half way to where I want to be (ie. I’d like to lose about 25 more pounds). Slowly and surely – eating moderately and T-Tapping regularly (well, okay.... not as regularly as I should, I suppose!!!) I’m getting there.

Weight loss –– 27.5 lbs. (12.5 KG)
Upper Abs –– 7.5" (19 cm)
Waist –– 6.72" (17 cm)
Lower Abs –– 4.72" (12 cm)
Hips –– 5.12" (15.5cm)
Thigh (avg) –– 2.65" (6.75cm)
Knee (avg) –– 1.375" (3.5cm)
Calf (avg) –– .79" (1.75cm)
Arms(avg) ––1.57" (4cm)

(guess you can tell that I measure in centimeters, all those odd inch measurements <img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle> )
