Guys I don't want to hear this, " I just couldn't find the time crap. I got so busy with other things and kids, I can't take time for me." Get up an hour earlier, stay up until it is done. I have moms on my habit formers list that get up at 4:30AM or work out at 11:00PM. You can find the time, excuses, excuses, excuses. Save them for your tape measure when it doesn't move. I don't want to hear them because they don't count. There is no reason for not working out except a fever, death, or something serious. We had a tapper at the clinic of Kat's this weekend with 101 fever who did it all without complaining. I just didn't have time doesn't cut it. You are the only one that can make you important enough to take the time . SO TAKE TIME FOR YOU AND EXERCISE. You only have one you, take care of the one you have, you never get another one. If you don't make yourself important enough to take care of yourself nobody else can. Think of the example you are showing your kids. You are making your health and wellness number one. You are showing them that health, diet, and fitness are important. When they are adults they will take care of themselves. Somewhere along the line we were fed the line that as moms and women we had to come last. NO SIR!!!!! If you come last and don't take care of yourself your kids won't have a mom to help them out when they have kids of their own. I intend to be a healthy grandma that can enjoy her grandkids everyday. Not one of these that can't play and has all these aches and pains. Or one that has too much weight on to run and play. So think of the future when you decide whether you can make time for you or whether exercising today is something you can fit in. If you are waiting for it to be convenient, forget it. Put the tapes in the closet and resolve that nothing is going to ever change. If you are sick of things the way they are then do something about it. But don't make excuses. I didn't have time is just another excuse. In real English terms it means I didn't want to do it so I put it last.
