After having six babies, including a section with number four, my belly is really stretched out. I am short and short torsoed and have BIG babies, so my belly gets really huge! I had an actual fold of skin that ran from hipbone to hipbone (I am betting other moms of many can relate) since I had my 5th baby. I have been exercising like crazy since January and nothing budged that fold. I was just as Teresa described in OIP, having a hard ROUND tummy (underneath a layer of flab, lol!). Well, after only TWO weeks of tapping, that fold is now just a BUMP!! I can hardly believe it! And when I take the "stance" and really watch my form, even that bump nearly disappears! I am so excited! I began to believe I was doomed to never regain the flat stomach of my youth, but now I have hope! I just got the Hit the Floor video so am really hoping to see that bump disappear permanently!

Hi Kathleen,
That is great!
You give me hope. I have had 3 c-sections (last one 12 1/2 yrs ago) and have a (BIG) fold of skin. I didn't think that tapping would even get rid of it. Thought I would lose alot of inches and then have a tummy tuck.
Well, guess I will just have to work hard. I know it will take me months to get rid of mine.
You are an inspiration.
Thank you.

Kathleen--
That is fantastic! Glad that you are seeing your tummy go away! And I know all about that "flab" of skin from hipbone to hipbone! UGH! [:V]
Keep up the good work-

That is great to hear! I think this work-out is the best for reshaping the body.
I really like the HTF video for the abs. It has helped me to lose most of the extra flab I accumulated after my last pregnancy and I am expecting it all to be gone soon!

Kathleen - I can totally relate! My former fold is now a tiny bump that is only noticeable with clothes off, and I've had 3 abdominal surgeries with 5 incisions and two babies - T-Tapp really does deliver what it promises! Great job, keep up the good work!
Happy T-tapping!
