Got any suggestions?
I started doing instructionals 3or4 days ago. I just can't do some of the lunges and anything that puts too much pressure on my knees right now til I get stronger. So, here is the question. I carried high during my pregnancies and never did get the tone back there like I would like. Is there any exercise that I could fill in where the lunges are or something that would put extra work on that mid section till my knees get stronger? I want to get the full fat burning benefit and am concerned if I leave out something I won't get the inch loss. Now if I only do Tape 1 for a while can I do it everyday? and the last question. Should I be wear shoes while I do TTapp? I've been trying to do it sock footed and it's okay but notice that some of you do wear shoes and just wondered if I'm missing something?
