I've been t-tapping for just under 3 months now and I try to do the basic rehab at least 5 days a week. Although I have lost 17 pounds and around 6 inches (last I checked), I am still having problems with the Thread the Needle. I have had knee problems all my life and I still walk on the outside of my feet, but when I do the TTN, the arches in my feet ache beyond the point of burning. I'm getting better but still "bobble" throughout the excercise partially because my feet ache so much. What am I doing wrong?
