Hello! I have been using CRT since just before Memorial Day. Seeing how everyone gets excited with "inches lost", I am slightly kicking myself in the butt! I didn't measure but I immediately noticed a "roll" over my hips disappeared. Also about 1/3 of my hysterectomy scar is now flush with my skin, I still have a little "pucker" in the middle and one end.

I received my tapes last week and started exercising Saturday. So far I have done my first 4 days on and every other day for the rest of the week. I was surprised when I measured myself yesterday before exercising, I lost 5 inches! I measured again this morning before going to work and I haven't tallied up my score, but I know I have lost an additional inch or two.

This next week I will do Tape II. Then the following week I was planning on doing the workout tape. I did it that way so I can get used to the forms.

Now I ordered OIP and should get it next week sometime. So, I am planning on going on a 14 day BC and do the OIP before exercising. Then follow the instructions to do them for EOD for a few weeks. Does that sound reasonable?
