TTT question for trainers?
Noticed recently when doing TTT, that I am releasing on the tummy area when I move to reach down the side. (Have the POP video & use mirror plus am doing s-l-o-w-l-y to do corrrectly). I have one less lumbar vertebra, had back surgery for removal of disk and insertion of spinal cage. Anyway, if anyone has [u]any suggestions please advise. I always do PBS and TTT first thing every morning for alignment, etc. prior to starting the day. Thanks
